After a protracted battle with congestive heart failure, diabetes, and other complications there was nothing left that 21st century medicine had to offer George. His systems shut down and we helped him to die peacefully in our arms on Sunday afternoon 03/06/2022.
George had been with us since shortly after we moved to Oregon and was our beloved companion, spreading warmth, joy, and mischief. We miss him every day.
